Continuous operation
Secure the on/off switch with the locking button (6).To stop the machine squeeze the ON/OFF
switch
Speed adjustment
Use a low speed for a coarse grinding, increase the speed for fine work by rotating the wheel (8)
to position 5.
Sanding
Attach an appropriate abrasive sheet and select the corresponding speed
Hold the power tool securely with the handles (3) and (7) and switch it on as described
Wait until the toll has teached its full operating speed
Hold the grinding plate (1) as parallel as possible to the wall and touch the surface to be
processed with the sandpaper. It is not recommended to press hard the disc on the surface.
Constantly move the powertool over the surface. If you want to avoid irregular grinding
results, do not keep the power tool at one spot for too long.
Lift the grinding plate (1) from the surface before switching off the power tool
Do not put aside the power tool before completely stop the rotation.

Take off the dissasemble part (2) on the cover of sanding pad by pressing release clip (12)

Cleaning and maintenance
Before performing any work on the equipment, pull the power plug.
Cleaning
Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine.
Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.If the dirt
does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
Sanding plate replacement (fig 5)
To replace the damaged plate, loosen the screw fixing hex key turning CLOCKWISE. Install the
new sanding plate and tighten the screw.
Carbon brush replacement (fig 6)
Remove with a screwdriver the protective cover of brush,
Remove the used brush and replace them with new ones
Fit back the protective cover
Maintenance
Our machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and regular
cleaning.
Storage
Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its accessories.
Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and secure position, in a cool and dry
place, avoid too high and too low temperatures.
Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it in the dark, if possible.
Don
’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity build-up.
