Personal safety

Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Use safety equipment whenever it is
needed will reduce the risk of personal injury.

Always use insulated gloves for welding,face shield, apron and protective shoes.
Service
Your power tool should be serviced by a qualified specialist using only standard spare parts. This
will ensure that it meets the required safety standards.
Specific safety instructions for welding inverter
•
Only qualified persons should install, operate, maintain, and repair this unit.
•
Do not touch electrode if you are in contact with the work, ground,or another electrode from a
different machine.
•
Welding produces fumes and gases. Breathing these fumes and gases can be hazardous to
your health.
•
Arc rays from the welding process produce intense visible and invisible (ultraviolet and
infrared) rays that can burn eyes and skin. Sparks fly off from the weld.
•
Wearers of Pacemakers and other Implanted Medical Devices should keep away.
•
Do not operate in rain and / or wet conditions.
Grounding the welding machine is made using only the corresponding plugs and checked by a
qualified electrician

Assembly
Connecting cables
Cable with clamp for electrode is connected to the
terminal (+) of the device
Ground cable connects to terminal (-) of the device,
then clamp attaches to the metal piece to be
welded.
Operation
WARNING! IN case of any
abnormal noise, immediately turn off the tool and contact an authorized
service facility for repairs
Electrode
•
Before striking an arc, insert an electrode in the electrode holder. A small diameter
electrode requires less current than a large one. Follow recommendations of the electrode
manufacturer when setting weld amperage.

To increase the value turn the amperage knob (3) clockwise to decrease the value, turn the
knob to the left.
