Cleaning and maintenance
Before performing any work on the equipment, pull the power plug.
Cleaning of rotor
If solid particles were deposited inside the pump excessively then you must remove the front of
the pump as follows:
1 Remove the suction of the pump.
2 Remove the rubber stator and clean with water accumulated impurities..
Important! Do not sit down and let the pump on the rotor!
3. Lubricate the stator’s screw before assembly to avoid corrosion.
3 Assemble in reverse order.
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the
plastic parts.
Maintenance
Our products have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. In normal operation after 2000 hours of operation is necessary to check rubber stator
and engine. If rubber or engine are damaged, replace worn components. After 3000 hours operation
replace the lubricating oil (the mechanical oil No. 3 or no. 10 with a degree of filling of up to 80%
by volume).
