In most cases, the BMS is fully automatic, pro-
tecting the vehicle and the battery pack from:
•
Extreme temperatures,
• Short circuits,
• Overcharging and over-discharging,
• Unbalancing
In the event the BMS goes into protection and
the unit does not automatically recover, there
is a manual override switch located underneath
the rear seat.
1. Turn on bike
2. Remove rear seat
3. Push and hold the button for a minimum
of 5 seconds
4. The battery will make a long beep sound to
confirm it is active
5. The button will also glow blue to indicate
the BMS is active
