5.2 Troubleshooting and Solutions
Common Fault
Issues to be Checked
Unable to bootup
after powered on

Please make sure whether the power cord is well connected;

Please make sure whether the adopted power supply meets
the power requirement of the motherboard;

Please check whether the CPU has been properly installed
and whether the CPU has been buckled properly;
11.
Remove and install the memory module again;
12.
Replace the memory module;

Please clear the CMOS according to the Manual;

Please make sure whether there are peripheral cards
connected, and whether it is normal after removing the
peripheral cards;
BIOS Setup cannot
be saved
Please check whether the CMOS battery voltage is lower than
2.8V; if so, replace it with a new battery, set and save the BIOS
Setup again.
No bootable device
can be found

Please make sure the power cable or data cable of the HDD is
connected properly;

Please check whether there is physical damage to the HDD;

Please make sure operating system has been normally
installed in the HDD.
