Please take it out of the box and pull all the packaging off and put
the seatpost in to the frame.

With the bike sitting on the floor please make sure the fork is
sitting the right way round. There are 2 examples here the first
one (on the left) is the wrong way the second is the right way. The
stem that is attached to the top of the forks should also be facing
forward away from the bike. The brake unit will be in front of the
fork indicating that the fork is the right way round.
