makes every effort to ensure that your evian

(re)new base is delivered to you
in good condition. evian
®
guarantees, subject to the terms and conditions stated in the
present “Limited warranty” section, that your evian
®
(re)new base will not have any material
or manufacturing defects in normal domestic use for twenty-four (24) months following its
date of purchase.
If a fault should occur with your evian
®
(re)new base during the warranty period and we
establish that the problem is due to material or manufacturing defects, evian
®
will either
repair or replace it free of charge within the scope stated in this warranty.
evian
®
may replace your evian
®
(re)new base with a refurbished product or with an
equivalent machine if the model you purchased is no longer available. There will be no
refunds. This limited warranty is offered to customers who purchased evian
®
(re)new in
retail stores for personal, family or household use.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the warranty will not apply for:
• Abuse, misuse, modification or commercial use of the evian
®
(re)new base;
• Any damage resulting from use of bubbles or bottles other than the 5L evian
®
(re)new bubble designed for this purpose;
• Regular wear, such as discoloration of some parts;
• Malfunction of the product resulting entirely or partially from modification, disassembly
or repair of the evian
®
(re)new base by a service other than an authorised evian
®
(re)new Service Centre;
• Any damage resulting from any use different from normal household use;
• The warranty will not apply following any failure to install, use or maintain the product
in accordance with the instructions provided by evian
®

cannot be held responsible for accidental or consequential damages.
The only redress available to the customer as regards claims for this guarantee
will be the repair or replacement of the unit and will be subject to the terms and
conditions of this policy. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you. In the instance where the warranty is inconsistent with local law,
this warranty will be evaluated to be modified to comply with local law.
You may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all implied warranties,
other rights in respect of the appliance, which the consumer has under regional
and national laws.`

INSTRUCTIONS
Worn-out appliances should not be discarded with domestic waste.
When the unit reaches the end of its useful life, discard it in an appropriate waste-disposal
centre. Consult your local waste collection instructions for more details

• An evian

representative will provide specific instructions about how to ship
your evian
®
(re)new base to one of our authorised service centres. Only evian
®
and its agents are authorised to carry out warranty repairs and services on your
evian
®
(re)new base. Any repair by persons other than those authorised by evian
®
voids this warranty. If evian
®
or its authorised agents determine that the malfunction
or damage is not covered by the warranty, evian
®
will repair the base only upon
payment of the established repair costs. All claims, complaints, judgements or legal
actions (any and all) brought under the terms of the present agreement and relating
in any way to the evian
®
(re)new base will be governed by, and interpreted in
accordance with the local laws of the country in which the evian
®
(re)new was
purchased.
• This guarantee does not affect statutory rights you may have nor those rights that
cannot be excluded or limited, nor rights against the person from whom you
purchased the product. You may assert any rights you have at your sole discretion.
