Free warranty period of the product hardware is one year.
(Damage and failure cause by natural disaster or user’s mistake are excluded from the free warranty
period.)

If you disassemble and repair the product at a place except our agent or the service center
designated by us, the repair including the free repair period in the future is not available.

In case that a consumer discretionally disassemble and modify the product, the repair including
the free repair period in the future is not available.

Free repair period of hardware is 12 months from the purchase date of the product.

We basically provide our designated after-
sale service engineer’s visit repair, and do not perform
the repair by courier or carry service.
⑤ We are not responsible for customers’ books.

Free repair period of consumables is 3 months from the purchase date of the product.

With regard to the flaws caused by natural disasters or unstable voltage at the use location,
free repair is not available.

We are not responsible for the flaw caused by the use except the normal use.

In case of the flaw caused by using unauthorized peripherals (such as outlets), we are not
responsible for it.

In case of the allowed minor scratches on the surface of parts such as glass, aluminum and
so on, it is not available to exchange products.

As for the flaw caused by abnormal operation conditions of use and management of Book
Sterilizer, repair at a cost is available according to the regulation of the company.

Lamps, filters and air freshener (optional) are consumable goods. In case of replacement,
it is carried out at a cost.
