the safety alert symbol - is used to indicate a hazardous situation which, if
not avoided, co u l d result in minor or moderate in j ury.
NOTICE
Notice
The safety warning with the signal word “Notice” is used to address prac-
tices that could lead to property damage but not to in j ury.
Hint
The hint is used to address practices that help the reader using the
machine.
