ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

ATTENTION:

Do the following operations after checking all screws are tightened and everything is OK.

Before you use the treadmill, please read the instructions carefully.

STEP 1

Move out the treadmill unit from the packaging box, and place it on the flat

ground or floor.

STEP 2

：

Hold left and right #A4 handlebar and lift it

up until hearing a “clock” sound for

locking the #A3L/ #A3R Uprights into position.
