Press assembled seat ring

down firmly onto the top of
the tray

until it snaps into place and spins freely.

Turn seat ring right side up.
Align the triangle

Snap the plastic tabs

on the pad over the pegs

Continue this process until all tabs are attached to all pegs.

Locate the tray

and three spring domes

Place each spring dome onto the tray over each leg
opening, as shown. Press the spring dome downward
while turning until it locks into place.

Turn the tray over and place three large springs

the center of each spring dome

dome may come off of the tray and cause injury.

Locate three lower legs

and base

Install lower legs, with the holes

facing
outward
, by aligning the three locking tabs

over the slots in the base, as
shown. (The flat side of the lower leg
must
face toward the center of the base.) Insert the locking tabs

into and through
the slots and snap the lower legs onto the base

Turn the base

upside down and make sure the locking tabs

on each lower leg

are completely pushed through to
the underside of the base and have locked over the edge of the opening, as shown.
Note:
Check to ensure that the locking tabs
M
are locked in place by moving lower legs from side-to-side, as shown. If lower
legs are not locked in place, repeat this step.
