ERROR MESSAGES
Thanks to an intelligent circuit controlled by a microprocessor (so-called BMS) the ba tt ery can record many
values and based on them evaluate di ff erent risks. In case there is a risk of damaging the cells based on cri ti cal
opera ti on values (high temperature, extremely high current) the ba tt ery is blocked for further use. In most
cases it is fi ne to leave the ba tt ery outside of the bracket and when the values are acceptable again the ba tt ery
unblocks itself for further opera ti on. Typically it is an overheated ba tt ery due to direct sunshine or
overcharging cells in the process of recupera ti on of braking energy to a fully charged ba tt ery.
While considering the above if it is s ti ll not possible to switch the ba tt ery on and normally use, please check
the following messages using the status LEDs.

the ba tt ery is s ti ll impossible, contact a service.
Deeply discharged ba tt ery due to an improper maintenance by the user. It is necessary to store
the ba tt ery charged to at least 75% of its capacity. Deep discharge may cause en ti re damage to
the ba tt ery cells. Switch the ba tt ery o ff (the red and green LEDs fl ash). Connect the charger and leave
it connected for at least 3 hours. If charging does not start and the problem persist, contact an
authorized service for diagnos
ti cs and repair.

an error. Please check the connec ti on of the ba tt ery and the cable of any breakage. Furthermore,
check the system se tti ngs whether the recupera ti on (regenera ti on of the braking energy) is not
ac ti ve and disable it if needed.
