HOW TO USE IT
1)
Insert or replace batteries

To access the battery compartment, slide the mounting plate.

Remove the battery lid on the back of the unit.
-
Insert 1x 9V battery observing the correct polarity indicated.

Replace the lid.
2)
Setting of the garage parking unit
-
Determine a suitable location for mounting the garage parking unit.
-
Mount it high enough for the laser beam to shine into your car.
-
Detach the mounting plate from the garage parking unit by sliding it.
-
Attach the mounting plate to the ceiling using screws provided.

Adhesive tape can be used to temporarily hold the mounting plate in place while installing
the screws.

Slide the garage parking unit into the mounting plate.
Note : The garage parking unit can be plugged to an AC adaptor (not included). In this case,
make sure to install the unit where you will be able to plug it.
3)
Adjustment of the laser beam

Park the car in the desired location.

Adjust manually the laser beam so that it shines on a particular spot on the car. For
instance on the dashboard or the space between the hood and the windshield. It must be an
area that can be seen from driver’s seat while parking the car.
4)
How it works

Enter the car into the garage;
-
The motion detector will set off the laser beam as soon as it will detect the car.

Drive forward until the laser beam is on the pre-determined area.
WARNING: the garage parking unit is designed to help when parking at low speed only.
Always respect safe driving procedures when parking your vehicle.
