5. USE OF THE ATOMIZER (continued)
5.2. ATOMIZATION OF THE PRODUCT
1.
Make sure that the 3-way valve is in colsed position (9).
2.
Connect the product hose (5) on the connector (8) and the other extremity on the atomization lance.
3.
Place the suction rod and the expulsion hose into the product to be atomized.
4. Put the interruptor on the ON position to start the motor.
5.
Put the 3-way valve on "atomisation" position (11).
6.
Point the lance down into an empty bucket, then open the handle (4).
7.
Wait until the product flows regularly to the lance, then close the handle (4).
8.
Point the lance in the direction of the surface to treat and unscrew the handle (4) to start the
atomization. The more the handle is unscrewed, the more the product jet will be large.
9. If needed, regulate the product pressure using the valve (6).
10.
When the work is over, close the handle (4) and stop the motor.
5.3. INJECTION OF THE PRODUCT
1.
Replace the lance by the rinsing spray-gun (réf. 11136) equipped with the nozzle (réf. 11138).
2. Make the same operations as for the previous procedure.
5.4. CLEANING OF THE ATOMIZATION CIRCUIT
1.
Remove the suction rod from the product and put it in a clear water bucket (about 10 litres).
2. Put the expulsion hose into an empty bucket.
3.
Put the 3-way vlave in "atomization" (11) and poitn the lance down into the empty bucket.
4.
Open the handle of the lance (4) and the clear water bucket empty, as well as the lance.
5. Close the handle of the lance.
