4. USE OF THE MACHINE
4.1. PREREQUISITES
•
The electric connection has to be 230 V - 16 A - 50 or 60 Hz with a 3 x 2,5 mm cable reel of 40m
maximum, completely unreeled.
• The machine must be coupled to a compressor.
• After a prolonged standstill, the pump can be blocked. If that is the case, proceed by start and stop.Put
some water and storage liquid in the tank and run the machine forward and backward for sequences of
5 seconds. When the motor starts to turn normally, the pump is released. Empty the water in the tank.
•
Check every month that the machine’s automatic lubricator (G) is working properly. The level of grease
in the cartridge should decrease steadily. The absence of grease can seriously damage the machine.
4.2. STARTING UP
1. Once the machine is connected, connect the air hose on the compressor.
2.
Press the "ON/OFF" button (A), the warning light lights up.
3. Remove the nozzle from the lance, then open the lance.
4.
Set the flow-rate on 3 with the potentiometer (B).
5.
Set the (C) button on "MANU" to check that the machine is working correctly. The drive shaft at the
bottom of the tank shall turn.
6.
Switch back the (C) button to the "AUTO" position.

maximum, completely unreeled.
4.3. GRAIN SETTING
Large grain
High product flow-rate (to set from 1 to 10 with the potentiometer (B)).
Low air pressure (to set from 0 to 8 with the air regulator of the compressor).
Thin grain
Low product flow-rate.
High air pressure.
It is imperative to replace the automatic motor flange lubricator (G) every 6 months.
