To get maximum profit from your infra red heater, it is important to read this manual atten-
tive and totally before use, and to understand what is written. Read especially the safety
instructions: they are there to protect you and your environment.
Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference. Store also the package: that is the
best protection for your heater in times of no-use. And if you at any time pass the appli-
ance on, pass on the manual and package too.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances

common sense during use. Take the following safety rules into account:
Check (before use) if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the tension
of the electric point to which you want to connect it. The power supply should corre-
spond to the relevant regulations and the national instructions.
Extension cords and multi-sockets may be used only if care is exercised in their use.
The marked electric rating of the extension cord or multi-socket should have adequate
current carrying-capacity and their marked electric rating should correspond to that of
the appliance(s) you want to connect. If you use a cordreel, unwind the cord than totally!
Leid de kabel niet onder tapijt door, bedek hem niet met matten, lopertjes o.i.d. en houd

bels op worden gezet. Leid de kabel niet om scherpe hoeken en wind hem na gebruik

Immediately lead the cable out of the heater’s range and prevent it from becoming hot.
Don’t locate the appliance just above or below a wall socket.
Keep all flammable things as furniture, curtains, paper etc. away from the appliance (at
least 1 meter).
Despite of the fact that the Q-TIME 1500 is splash proof, you have to be careful with
water. Make sure that the Q-TIME 1500
cannot fall into water and don’t expose it to
heavy water beams.
Don’t touch it with wet hands. The heater is to be installed so that
switches and other controls cannot be touched or operated from the pool, bath or show-
er.
