Adjustment of pulleys via threaded rods
In case of various pulley widths, the gap must be equal on both sides.
The belt drive is to be re-tensioned, after the first 10 operating hours.
Belt tension
The correct tension of the belt is obtained through adjustment in compliance with the tensioning
data, which is calculated separately for each drive. The necessary information to guide the worker
in the tensioning of new and used belts can be found on the tensioning data sheet, which see sam-
ple in
Figure 216:
