SET-UP

-

  Install the clock on a horizontal, skid-proof and stable surface.

-

   Protect valuable furniture surfaces by using a suitable underlay; otherwise, it 

may cause scratch marks.

-

  Set up the product in such a manner that it cannot fall over.

TIME SETTINGS

-

  Move the function switch (2) to the position TIME SET.

-

  Use the HR button (4) to set the hour display.

-

  Use the MIN button (6) to set the minute display.

-

   Use the 12HR/24HR switch (5) to select the desired time display format.

-

  Move the function switch (2) to the position NORMAL.



Press and hold the HR (4) or MIN (6) button longer to continuously change 
the value to be set.

SETTING THE ALARM

-

   Move the function switch (2) to the position ALM SET.

-

   Use the HR button (4) to set the hour display for the alarm time.

-

   Use the MIN button (6) to set the minute display for the alarm time.

-

   Move the function switch (2) to the position NORMAL.



Press and hold the HR (4) or MIN (6) button longer to continuously change 
the value to be set.

ALARM FUNCTION

-

   Use the alarm switch (3) to select the desired alarm function:

 

SNOOZE: Alarm function with alarm repeat

 

ALM ON: Alarm function without alarm repeat

 

ALM OFF: Alarm function off

-

   The preset alarm function is indicated in the display with corresponding icons.

-

   The alarm sounds at the set alarm time, if the alarm function is activated. The 

alarm time is about 1 minute.

-

   To repeat the alarm in the SNOOZE mode after about 8 minutes, press the but-

ton SNOOZE/LIGHT (1).

-

   To turn off the alarm in the normal mode (without SNOOZE function) for 24 

hours, press the button SNOOZE/LIGHT (1).

-

   To deactivate the alarm function, move the alarm switch (3) to the position ALM 

OFF.

DISPLAY LIGHT

-

   Press the SNOOZE/LIGHTbutton (1) to turn on the display backlight for a few 

seconds.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Apart from replacing the batteries, the product does not require any maintenance 
and should never be disassembled.

Please use a soft, dry, clean cloth for cleaning.

Do not use aggressive detergents as these can cause discoloration of the housing 
surface.

DISPOSAL

a) Product

   Electronic devices are recyclable waste materials and must not be disposed 

of in the household waste!

 

 Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the 
current statutory requirements.

 

 Remove any inserted battery and dispose of it separately from the product.

b) Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries

The end user is legally obliged (Battery Regulation) to return used batteries and 
rechargeable batteries. Do not dispose of used batteries in the household waste!

   Contaminated batteries/rechargeable batteries are labelled with these sym-

bols to indicate that disposal in the household waste is forbidden. The sym-
bols for the relevant heavy metals are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead 
(marking can be seen on the battery/rechargeable battery, e.g., underneath 
the refuse bin symbol shown on the left).

  

You can dispose of your used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of 
charge at your community’s collection point or any place where batteries/
rechargeable batteries are sold!

You thereby fulfi l your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the 
environment.
