Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible Reasons
No light on the
switch
Steamer heats
up but there is no
steam
Water sprays out
from the steamer’s
head
Plug the steamer power cord
into an electrical outlet
Release some water from the
tank until the water level is
below or at the MAX level
Refill the water reservoir
The steamer is not plugged in
The water reservoir is empty
The household circuit breaker has
been tripped; there is a blown fuse
in the electrical circuit.
There is a mineral build-up in the
steamer
The water tank is overloaded
To remove mineral build-up
make sure that the steam holes
on the cap are not clogged. Use
a pin or any sort of thin pointed
object which can fit through the
hole to remove the build-up.
Reset the household circuit
breaker or replace the blown
fuse. Contact an electrician or
your area’s electric provider.
