IRQ Resources
When resources are controlled manually, assign each system interrupt a type,
depending on the type of device using the interrupt. This item allows you to
determine the IRQ assigned to the ISA bus and is not available to any PCI slot.

PCI/ISA PnP for devices compliant with the Plug and Play standard whether
designed for PCI or ISA bus architecture.
