– Neglecting the replacement of the micro filters may lead to failure of the vacuum cleaner!
Storing the accessory
One of the attachments (e.g. cushion, slit nozzle and brush ) may be slid onto the holder
that is fixed to the telescopic tube. The remaining accessory, floor nozzle, suction tubes and
hose may be disassembled or left assembled and hung into the parking openings A14 on
the back panel or bottom of the vacuum cleaner. Always store the floor nozzle in the carpet
setting (with the brush inside) to avoid bending of the bristle.
V. MAINTENANCE
Store the vacuum cleaner at a dry place, far enough from heat sources (e.g. fireplace, stove,
heating element ) and protect it against weather conditions (e.g. rain, sunshine ). Treat the
appliance surface with a soft damp cloth, do not use coarse and aggressive detergents! For
failure-free operation of the vacuum cleaner we recommend checking the aggregate and the
general condition of the vacuum cleaner in a specialized service centre after 300 hours of
operation, but not later than in 3 years. Store the appliance properly cleaned at a dry, dust
free place out of reach of children and incapacitated people.
Floor nozzle
It is recommended to check the brushes or collectors for possible impurities. If there are some
impurities, remove them.

If hair or threads are twisted around the mounting of the drive shaft and if they cannot be
removed in the way described above, the impurities have to be removed by dismantling
the nozzles. In the lower part remove the cover. Now you can clean the nozzle using a
suitable tool (eg tweezers). Insert the lid to the nozzle in the opposite direction (you will
hear a snapping sound).
