SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Children must be kept away from the appliance and its
adapter.
–
To power the appliance, only apply safe small voltage in
accordance with the type plate.
–
The appliance has no charging source of its own, it is
only designed for charging via USB (an adapter with USB
output, PC with USB output with output voltage of 5.0 V,
and output current of at least 1000 mA). Before making
any connection, please pay attention to instructions of the
manufacturer of the respective power source.

Never use the appliance if the adapter is damaged, if the
appliance does not operate properly, fell on the ground
and suffered any damage, or fell into water. In such case
bring the appliance to the specialised service centre to
verify the appliance safety and proper operation.

For additional protection we recommend installing a protective
switch (RCD) in the electrical circuitry of the bathroom, with
the nominal actuating current not exceeding 30 mA. Ask an
inspecting technician or an electrician for advice.

The appliance and the connected adapter must not be
used at places where it could fall into bath tub, wash
basin or swimming pool. If the appliance fell into water
anyway, do not take it out! First of all, unplug the adapter
from the socket and only then take the appliance out.
Then bring the appliance to a specialised service centre
to check its safety and proper functionality.

If the appliance is used in a bathroom, it must be
disconnected from the mains after use by unplugging the
power cord from the wall socket, because the appliance
poses a risk if near to water, even when switched off.

Always unplug the appliance from charger if you leave it
unattended and cleaning.
– The mains adapter supplied with the appliance is only designated for this appliance.
– Never plug the adapter in the electrical socket or unplug it with wet hands.
– Never immerse the adapter into water or other liquids (not even partly) and do not wash it in running water!
– The appliance gets hot when charging, which is absolutely normal.
– Charge the battery at a temperature close to the room temperature.
