WARNING! Before using your tablet for the first time, fully charge the battery!
Charging the battery
1. Plug the wall charger into the tablet.
2. Plug the wall charger into a mains socket.
3. Your tablet switches on and starts to charge. The battery indicator appears on the screen during charging.

We advise you to recharge your battery as soon as the indicator shows the battery charge level is lower than 15%, and
to charge it fully.

Avoid partial charging as far as possible.
•
You can continue to use the tablet when the battery is busy charging. However, in order to optimise battery life, we advise
you not to use the tablet while it is charging.
•
Lithium-ion batteries must be used regularly. If you are not going to be using the tablet for a long period of time, ensure
you recharge the battery at least once a month.
Note:
you can also charge the battery by connecting the tablet directly to the USB port of your computer using the USB-C -
USB cable (supplied).
Switching on the tablet
1. Do a long press on the
On/Off
button until the screen comes on.
Note: this could take a few seconds, do not interrupt the process.
2. Then unlock the screen (by swiping, entering a pin code, password or via some other unlocking mode).
Switching off the tablet
Keep the
On/Off
button pressed down until the options appear, and then select
Switch off
.
Standby mode
If no activity takes place on the tablet for a certain period of time, it may go into standby mode. Briefly press the
On/Off
button to exit standby mode.
To manually switch your tablet to standby mode, briefly press the
On/Off
button.
