Warning!
Do not use the HOLD key to put the call on hold.
The only function of the HOLD key is to turn off
the handset microphone momentarily (the external
user receives waiting music). However, the operator
cannot forward the call to another extension or
access the telephone switch services.
Moreover,
the call is cleared if you press the HOLD key
twice.
Putting a call on hold (Telephone connected to
the external line)
When the FlyViewOperator telephone is connected to the telephone line (and
not to a PABX), you can put a call on hold by pressing the “HOLD” key.
Handfree mode:

Press HOLD button, the microphone will turn off and the outside line will
still be retained just listening to music, so the other party cannot hear
your side of conversation.

Press “SPEAKER” key to go back to normal conversation.
or
¾
Pick up the handset to go back to normal conversation.

Press “HOLD” button, the handset microphone will turn off and the
outside line will still be retained just listening to music, so the other
party cannot hear your side of conversation. You may replace the
handset.

If the handset is not replaced press “HOLD” key, otherwise pick up it to
go back to normal conversation.
