Quick connects
There are four sets of quick connects (plug and socket) on the sprayer:
Compressor (air) outlet
Bottle Cap/Hose (liquid) outlet,
Spraygun air inlet
Spraygun liquid inlet
In all cases, the plug is on the outlet side of the connection.
Spraygun leaders
To connect or disconnect the quick connects at the spraygun leaders,
slide the sleeve on the quick connect socket up. To disconnect, simply
pull the socket out of the quick connect plug while holding the sleeve
up.
To connect, slide the sleeve of the quick connect socket up. While hold-
ing the sleeve up, push the socket onto the quick connect plug. Then
release the sleeve. Pull on the hose to ensure that it is properly seated
and cannot be pulled off the plug when the sleeve is down.
One-liter bottle cap connector
To disconnect, push the gray latch at the side of the socket to release
the plug. Pull the plug out of the socket. Similarly, to connect, push the
latch at the side of the socket while pushing the plug in until you feel it
latch. Test the connection by tugging gently on the clear hose.
Top of the SC-EB:
To disconnect, push in the metal tab at the side of the socket. Pull out
the plug. Connection: Push the air hose plug into its socket until you
feel it latch. Pull gently to make sure it is properly seated.
To connect or disconnect the liquid
connection on the bottle cap, push in
the small latch to release the connector.
To connect or disconnect the air or
liquid connections on the spraygun, pull
back the outer sleeve of the socket to
release.
To connect or disconnect the air connec-
tion at the top of the sprayer, push the
small latch to release the connector.
