Problem analysis and solutions
Problem
Indicator light does not
turn on.
The indicator light turns on,
but the appliance does not
work.
The motor continues to run.
The heating function remains
on.
The appliance does not
respond after pressing a key.
Cause
The cover is not installed
correctly.
The plug is not inserted
correctly in the power outlet.
No program function has
been selected.
There is no or too little water
in the jug.

Solution
Place the cover and
connector correctly.
There should be a working
connection with the
connector.
Insert the power plug into
the power plug once more.
Select the right program
function key and press start.
Add water to a level
between the upper and
lower lines inside the jug.
Descale with warm vinegar.
Send/take the appliance
to the Espressions service
department for repair.
