Getting Help
After the analysis of the submitted file has been completed, the file is returned to
you clean or is deleted. You will be informed on the outcome of Eset’s analysis.
NOD32 Antivirus System offers the virus cleaning and quarantining options.
The clean option is available in the
Scanning
page of the secondary navigation
bar of the
Antivirus
page. For more details on quarantine, see section 4.1 of
this document.
