PERCENTAGE WEIGHING
1. Press
MODE
until you see “100.0%” on the display.
2. Place object on the platform.
3. Press
ON/OFF/TARE
to confirm.
4. Remove object and replace with a new object to be weighed.
5. Object’s weight percentage as compared to the original object’s weight
will display.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
The scale will turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity to save battery unless
plugged into the 9-volt wall adapter.
BLUE BACKLIGHT DISPLAY
• The backlight will turn on when the
LIGHT
button is pressed.
• The backlight turns off automatically after 1 minute of inactivity.
LOCK LOOP
The scale has a lock loop in the front to prevent theft and damage.

PROPER USE & CARE
• Use and stow the scale at room temperature.
• Use on a flat, level and stable surface.
• The scale is an instrument of precision. Do not submit the scale to
shaking, excessive vibration or other rough treatment.
• The display may be affected by electromagnetic disturbances such as
radios, microwaves or cell phones. If such disturbances occur, remove
the source of the disturbance & restart the scale.
• Disassembling or tampering with the scale voids the warranty.
• Clean the scale with soap and a damp cloth.
• Do not submerge in liquid. The scale is not waterproof.
• You may remove the stainless steel weighing platform to wash seperately.
