The temperature controls are located on the inside of the refrigerator.
The Thermostat Controls
A) Setting: Use the button to cycle through the temperature
settings in the following order: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
• 1: The warmest temperature setting
• 2: Normal operation (adequate for most situations)
• 3: The coldest setting for daily operation
• 4: Super Cool is used to get to a colder temperature in a
quicker timeframe
Note: During high ambient temperatures (i.e. on hot summer
days) it may be necessary to set the thermostat to the coolest
setting (position 4).This may cause the compressor to run
continuously in order to maintain a low temperature.
Display:
When electricity first comes to the refrigerator the display screen will light fully for 3 seconds, and
then the refrigerator will run according to setting 3. In case of a failure the corresponding LED will blink. In
case of no failures it will show the temperature setting of the refrigerator.
Lock/ Unlock:
The temperature controls are automatically locked after 15 seconds of no use. When the
temperature control panel is locked, hold the temperature setting button for 3 seconds to unlock it.
All LED’s will blink for two seconds to indicate the panel is unlocked.
Damper Adjusting Slider:
The initial position of the damper adjusting slider is on the far right side.
The temperature inside the freezer can be adjusted by changing the position of the damper slider. The initial
position of the damper slider is to the far right, as pictured above. If a lower temperature inside the freezer is
required, you can adjust the damper slider closer towards the left side. It is recommended to keep the slider
in its intial position.
Using for the First Time
Before plugging in your refrigerator, keep it still for 2 hours. Once plugged in give your refrigerator time to
cool down completely before adding food. It is the best to wait for 2-3 hours or for over 4 hours in summer or
when the ambient temperature is high.
IMPORTANT:
Once the unit has started, continuous operation is recommended. Please try and avoid turning
the unit off and on as this may affect the service life.
