Troubleshooting
• If the alarm sounds more than 4 seconds after power-on, check if the hose has no
blockage. If there is no blockage, recharge or replace the battery.
• In the event of the ESAB Air blower alarm sounding, leave the working area
immediately and inspect the unit in a non-contaminated working place.
• Remove the P R SL particle filter while the ESAB Air blower unit is powered on, to
determine if the blockage of the particle filter is causing the alarm to sound. If the alarm
still sounds recharge or replace the battery.
• Inspect the blower unit and make sure that the P R SL particle filter is sealed. Only then
insert the new particle filter into the blower unit.
