5 CLEANING AND SAFETY
We recommend following these guidelines for the cleaning:
• Maintain all functional parts of the machine as clean as possible, removing with the brush all machining swarf.
• Never use compressed air to clean the work area of swarf, this could enter the operational parts.
We recommend following these guidelines for your safety:
• Do not try to start or manipulate the machine until all safety measures, installation instructions, operator guide
and maintenance procedures have been completed and understood.
• Always disconnect from the power supply, before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
• Work with dry hands.
• Make sure the machine is earthed.
6 MAINTENANCE
Before starting any type of maintenance operation, the following requirements should be completed.
• You should never carry out any operation while the machine is running.
• You should disconnect the cable from the power supply.
• The indications in the manual should be strictly followed.
• Only use original spare parts.
The machine does not need any special maintenance, only revise and if applicable, replace worn pieces, for example,
cutters, jaws, feelers...
Note: Use lubrication products, for preventive maintenance of the machine. Avoid the product from making contact
with electronic parts.
