Note for induction hobs:
A noise may occur under certain
conditions, resulting from the electromagnetic properties of the heat
source and the product. This is totally normal and does not imply that
your induction hob or your product is damaged. Place the product in
the middle of the induction hotplate.
ATTENTION! High heating-
up rate!
Do not overheat the product when preheating. The room
must be aired out well, in the event the product overheats.
This product combines the benefits of aluminium cookware, such
as low weight and high thermal conductivity, with the benefits of
cooking with induction. To enable this, magnetic steel elements have
been inserted in the aluminium base. Consequently the base is not
magnetic throughout, so that on induction hobs that are significantly
greater than the base diameter, it can happen that the induction coils
do not react. This is not a quality defect and does not represent any
impairment of the functionality. So that the product functions perfectly,
always place it on the hob corresponding to the effective base
diameter stated in this manual.
High temperatures may discolour the exterior of the product. This
does not indicate faulty material, nor does it impair the product’s
quality or function.
Never hold the hot product under cold running water. The underside
of the product may be damaged or fall off.
