CONTROLS AND INDICATORS

CONTROLS

ON/OFF/VOLUME
CONTROL

Turns the radio ON or OFF and allows the user to
adjust the volume to the desired listening level.

SQUELCH CONTROL

Quiets the radio receiver when there are no

incoming calls.

Maximum squelch is obtained at full clockwise
rotation.

CHANNEL SELECT
(CH)

Enables you to select any of the preprogram- med
channels by pressing either of the channel selector
push-buttons (up or down). These push-buttons
allow you to scroll through the preprogrammed
channels.
