During Calls
During Calls
The BusinessPhone Communication Platform allows you to handle
calls in many different ways. You can, for instance, make an inquiry,
transfer the call or create a conference, mute the ringer or put the
call on hold to perform other tasks.
Transfer and Inquiry
You have an ongoing internal or external conversation and you
want to transfer the ongoing call.
R
Press to put the current call on hold
Dial tone.
Z
Enter the number of the third party
You can transfer the call before answer or wait for answer.
Tip:
You can also use the integrated Phonebook and press
the YES key instead of directly entering the number.

Make sure that you are connected to the desired
party. Please read the notes and warnings in section “

Note:
Sometimes the R key must be pressed twice.
Whether you can put internal calls on hold or transfer calls
to external lines depends on your PBX. Consult your system
administrator.
