7. Close all four keepers to secure the
leaves.
5. The two leaves are held closed by two
keepers (above), one on either side of
the underside of the table where the
join is. Turn the bar on them to release
the leaves then, as they are reciprocal,
gently pull open one leaf, as far as it
will go and the other will automatically
open with it.
6. Lift the top flap of the butterfly
extension leaves and pull it up and back
over the table top as shown in the
following 3 stages. As you open it the
lower leaf will glide over the ramp and
up into place.
