INTENDED USE

The machine is intended for dry sanding of wood, plastic, filler and coated surfaces.

 OPERATION

ON/OFF SWITCH (B)

To turn the sander “ON”, simply push the ON/OFF switch “I” button .To turn the sander 

“OFF”, push the ON/OFF switch "O" button.

VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL (C)

The variable speed feature of this tool enables the speed to be adjusted according to the 

material being sanded.
The variable speed dial (8) is numbered “1” to “6”, with position “1” being the lowest 

speed and position “6” being the highest speed.

SELECTING THE RIGHT SANDPAPER

Selecting the correct grit of sandpaper is an extremely important decision that will allow 

you to achieve the best quality sanding finish. Coarse grit will remove the most material 

and finer grit will give you the best finish in all sanding operations. The condition of the 

surface to be sanded will determine which grit will do the job.
If the surface is rough:
Start with coarse grit (sold separately) and sand until the surface is uniform. Then 

use medium to remove any scratches left by the coarse grit. Then use finer grit (sold 

separately) for finishing the surface.

NOTE:

 Always continue sanding with each grit until the surface is uniform.

Make sure the delivery contents are complete and free of any damage. If you find that parts 

are missing or show damage do not use the product but contact your dealer. Using an 

incomplete or damaged product represents a hazard to people and property.

•  Ensure that you have all the accessories and tools needed for assembly and operation. This 

also includes suitable personal protective equipment

ASSEMBLING THE MACHINE

CHARGING YOUR BATTERY PACK

The battery has been shipped in a low charge condition. Charge it fully before first use. 

Refer to the charger instruction manual for the details.

TO REMOVE OR INSTALL THE BATTERY PACK (A1, A2)

Depress the battery pack release button to release and slide the battery pack out from 

your tool. After recharge, slide it back into your tool. A simple push and slight pressure will 

be sufficient.

BATTERY PACK POWER BAR

The Li-Ion battery pack (6) is equipped with a POWER BAR which is used to give an 

indication of the battery pack’s remaining charge. Press the POWER BAR button (5) to 

check battery charge as below. The LED will stay lit for approximately 5 seconds
