TO TURN THE ALARM ON
Slide the ALARM (1) switch to the “ON” position. An “ALARM ON" indicator will appear in the upper left hand corner of the display.
The alarm will sound at the desired time.
TO STOP THE ALARM
the alarm sounds, you can turn it OFF by sliding the ALARM (1) Switch to the “ALARM OFF" position. If you do not turn the alarm off,
it will sound for 1 minute, then turn itself off and reset automatically for the next day.
TO USE THE SNOOZE
When the alarm sounds, simply press the SNOOZEILIGHT (6) button. The alarm will stop and will sound again in approximately 4
minutes. You can continue to use the SNOOZE repeatedly and the alarm will sound 4 minutes after each time the SNOOZE/LIGHT (6)
button is pressed.
LIGHT
If you wish to view the current time during the night or in a darkened room, simply press the SNOOZE/LIGHT (6) button
momentarily. A light will come on in the display area allowing you to see the current time.
NOTE:
Frequent use of the LIGHT feature will shorten the life of the battery.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The battery which powers your quartz clock should last approximately one year. If the clock steadily loses time, or if the alarm
sounds weak or abnormal, the battery should be replaced. Your quartz clock contains highly precise electronic circuits. To maintain
its high accuracy, do not subject it to shock, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight. Operating temperatures range: 14 °F to 122 °F
(-10°C to 50 °C)
Two Year Warranty (U.S.A.)
Equity products are warranted for two years from the date of consumer purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
During this period such defects will be repaired, or the product will be replaced at Equity’s option. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by misuse or negligence. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD ENDING TWO YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use. Replace all batteries of a set at the same time. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the
device prior to battery installation. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+and-). Remove batteries from equipment with is not to be used for an extended
period of time. Remove used batteries promptly. Please help in preservation of the environment and return used batteries to an authorized depot.
