Install Engine Support
Step 1: Assemble the engine support.
Rod sticks out of the top
mounting bracket about
1” tighten this bracket
Assemble all positions and
don’t make too tight for now
they will be adjusted later
Leave this Bracket
loose for now
Tighten with the
Rod sticking out
about ¼”
Bolts & washers from hardware packet
labeled “Hardware for engine support
brackets.”
CAUTION: Make sure you use the
right bolts if you use one that is
too long it will damage the rack.
Install Top bolt first
Step 1: Install the engine support onto the locking side.
Install the top bolt first then slide the
bottom bracket into position and install the bottom bolt. Tighten the bottom bracket so it can’t
slide.
Slide the bottom
bracket into position
and install bolt
Tighten after
bolting bracket
to rack.
