For this stage you will require:

(1) T-Frame 

(3) L-Brackets

(4) M8 x 65 mm Pan Head Bolts 

(6) M8 Washers

(6) M8 Locknuts 

(2) M8 x 20 mm Pan Head Bolts

(6) M10 x 25 mm Carriage Bolts 

(6) M10 Washers

(6) M10 Lock Nuts

Stage 2:  Attaching Frame to Body

On the axle of the “T” frame there are four predrilled 

holes, place one of the “L” brackets over one side of 

the predrilled holes. Insert two of the M8 x 65 mm 

Pan Head Bolts through the holes of the bracket and 

axle. Now secure each bolt with a M8 flat washers and 

M8 Nylon Locknuts. Repeat procedure for the other 

side of the axle, when completed your frame should 

now look like Figure #7.                                                                 

Take the “T” frame and lay it down on a flat surface. 

You will see four holes in the hitch channel, insert the 

two M8 x 20 mm Pan Head Bolts through the bottom 

of the hitch channel as shown in Figure #6. The 

Round Combination bolt must be flush with the hitch 

channel. Take one of the “L” brackets and place it over 

the two bolts in the hitch channel. Now secure each 

bolt with a M8 flat washer and M8 Nylon locknut. 

Turn the Explorer TRF body upside down to begin 

installation. Place the Explorer TRF frame on the body. 

Make sure that you centre the frame on the body. See 

Figure #8.
With a 10 mm drill bit, drill each bracket hole through the 

plastic body. To attach the frame and body reach inside 

the body and insert the six M10 x 25 mm Carriage bolts 

through the newly drilled holes.

On the outside of the body/bracket place a M10 washer on 

to the bolt and secure with a M10 nylon locknut.

TIP: Hold carriage bolt using only the tip of a pair of pliers.
