Press the main Power ON/OFF icon. A beep will sound and the indicator light will come on.
If no burner Power is selected within 30 seconds, the main Power light will go off.

To turn on one or more burners, place a compa ble pot or pan on the desired burner, containing water or food.
If the pot or pan is empty the cooktop will not operate. With the cooktop being ON as men oned above, touch
the
“ ”
icon of the desired burner and the Power display will show a “_”, indica ng no power level for the burner
has been set yet. Then press either “+” or “-” to select a cooking level. The selected burner will automa cally turn
off if a selec on is not pressed within 30 seconds.
