Mounting
•
Position the external temperature sensor at the
desired measuring location of fix it using a cable tie.
The temperature sensor should not be used for
permanent operation in liquids.
•
Plug in the device with the mains plug into a 230
V socket with earthing contact and connect the
load (16 A/3,680 W max.) into the socket (
F
) of the
universal thermostat.
•
After a short self-test the device switches into
automatic mode and the currently measured
temperature of the sensor is shown in the display.
Please note, that only the display light is switched on if
you operate a button for the first time. The device reacts
after the next button press (after the display light has been
switched on). The display light will be switched off if the
device has not been operated for several seconds.
After the device has been plugged into a socket, it is ready
for operation.
