Roll paper cover

Open this cover to install/replace the roll paper.

Manual cutter

Use this cutter when you cut the roll paper manually.

Cutter cover

Open this cover to unlock the autocutter blade when the roll paper cover does not open due to a
paper jam. (

“The roll paper cover will not open” on page 27

)

Printer reset button

Keep pressing this button with a pointed object (such as a pen) until the

(Power) LED goes off to

reset the printer.

Power button

Press this button to turn on or shut down the product. Keep pressing the button to turn off the
product forcibly. (

“Forced Termination” on page 22

)

Note:

If the power button is disabled by settings on the operating system, the product will not shut down
even if you press the power button.
