THE IMAGE SYSTEM

You can also use the Digital Zoom while shooting through the VIEWFINDER, although all 
digitally enhanced images are inferior in resolution.

This camera has a 3X OPTICAL ZOOM and a 2X DIGITAL ZOOM. When using 
the DIGITAL ZOOM, you must use the LCD monitor to see the 6X magnification 
and compose the picture correctly.
