Printing with Stapler/Stacker Unit
Stapling function
This function allows you to staple a job document or each set of copies. To use this function, set as
following instructions below in the printer driver.
1. Click the
Basic Settings
tab.
2. Select
Staple
from the Output Tray drop-down list.
Note:

Do not use the Collate Number setting on the Watermark and Header/Footer function.
❏
Set the same size of paper for the entire document, the paper size must be supported by the stapling
function.
❏
Select one set for Copies to print with staples in the following conditions:
❏
When printing after printing to a file from the printer driver.
❏
When printing directly from an application without using the printer driver provided by Epson.
❏
Offset stacking is used when Staple is selected.
Offset function
This function allows you to offset the position of printouts from side to side so that you can identify
one set of copies from another. To use this function, set as following instructions below in the printer
driver.
1. Click the
Basic Settings
tab.
2. Select
Offset Stacking
from the Output Tray drop-down list.
