FIP-P14 TONER IS NOT FUSED TO THE PRINT MEDIA
Before starting troubleshooting, inspect the paper feed path of the printer paper. Check
the paper feed path for metal staples, paper clips, paper scraps, and other foreign
matter.
FIP-P15 COLORS ARE DISPLACED
Before starting troubleshooting, inspect the paper feed path of the printer paper. Check
the paper feed path for metal staples, paper clips, paper scraps, and other foreign
matter.

Symptom
The printed image is not sufficiently fixed to the paper.
If you touch or rub the printed images, the toner can be
easily removed.
