Using the Custom mode
Selecting
Custom
as the Mode setting enables the Custom
Settings list, from which you can select a color-matching method.
Color-matching methods automatically adjust the colors
produced by the printer to match the colors that appear on your
screen. Selecting
Custom
as the Mode setting also enables the
Advanced
button. Click the
Advanced
button to open the
Advanced dialog box, where you can create and save your own
custom settings. Refer to the appropriate section below.
Selecting a color-matching method
You can select from the following color-matching methods:
ICM
This method automatically adjusts
printout colors to match colors on your
screen. ICM stands for Image Color
Matching.
sRGB
This method is best for color matching
with other sRGB devices.
