5.2 Inspection and attendance
The following works you have to accomplish in the given intervals. We advice to
document the accomplishment of work. Observe before beginning with the works
point 5 until 5.1.2.
5.2.1
Daily work
Clean up the machine and remove chip rests
Clean up the coolant screen
Check the coolant level
Check the function of the safety switch/ equipment
5.2.2
Weekly work
Well cleaning of the machine and remove the chip rests
Check the coolant level
Check the function of the safety switch/ equipment
5.2.3
Monthly work
Lubricate the machine at all lubricating points
Remove the coolant pump of the housing and clean up the air
strainer and the coolant screen
Check the feast fit of the fixing screws at the motor and the safety
equipment
5.2.4
Semi
– yearly work
Check a feast fit of the anchor screws
Check the heald spring motion of the centre sleeve
5.3 Maintenance
Please require for all maintenance works a service technician of Epple
Maschinen GmbH or send the machine for the maintenance to us.
If the maintenances are accomplished by proper, qualified personnel the advices
in the operation manual have to be observed strictly.
The Epple Maschinen GmbH does not assume accountability for defects,
consequential damages and possible disruptions in operation by improper
maintenances and non
– observance of the operation manual.
More conditions for the reparation and correct maintenance are:
Adequate and technical blameless tool
Only original replacement parts or replacement parts which are freed
assertively and in written form by the Epple Maschinen GmbH may be
obstructed.
