Description of matching smartphone app
Establishing connection to the NEO charger
Connect the NEO charger to the mains.
Press "Tab to select" and choose the respective charger.
The name of the charger starts with "NEO", followed by four
unique characters.
Once connection is established to the charger for the first
time, the app will subsequently automatically establish connection
to the charger every time it is available.
The status screen will appear once connection is established.
Status screen
The app shows the status of the charger.
The battery symbol shows the current charging under charging.

All bars moving up – Battery < 80 % charged
o
Two bars moving up – Battery > 80 % charged
o
All bars solid – Battery is fully charged
The charger's LED is depicted, as well
o
Green LED indicates that the charger is connected to the
mains
o
Yellow LED indicates charging status
o
Red LED indicates that there is an error
o
Blue LED indicates that there is connection between app and charger
Dealership information
To input dealership information, press the
"i" icon on the status/start screen
Then press "Edit Information" – you can now input individual
information by first pressing
”Enter Dealership Name, Phone and Website”, respectively
After completing the input, save the information by
pressing "Save Information"
Conclude by pressing "Back"
What do I do in case of an error?
In case of an error, the red LED will light permanently, and you should contact the
dealer.
Safety features
The output terminals of the charger are protected against short-circuiting.
The charger is protected against polarisation errors.
The charger is protected against excessive operating temperature. If the maximum
operating temperature of the unit is exceeded the unit will automatically reduce the
charging current to prevent further increase in temperature.
The charger ensures sparkless battery connection when connected to the mains.
Charging defective batteries or using a defective charger may cause hydrogen to be
generated during the charging process. It is therefore recommended that the charging is
