A:
Try disabling bluetooth on your Bluetooth device, and turn off the soundbar. Now enable Bluetooth on your
Bluetooth device, turn on the soundbar again and try to pair again.

Try clicking on the Pair button again on the soundbar.

Try connecting the Bluetooth soundbar with another Bluetooth device.
Q:
Why is there no sound coming out of the Bluetooth soundbar.

If you are using Bluetooth connection, please check that your Bluetooth device is connected to the Bluetooth
soundbar.
