Nanoenvi IAQ
™
was working smoothly, but now the LED3 is lit red.
R:
This indicates that Nanoenvi IAQ
™
has no connection to the MQTT broker. Wait a reasonable time and see if the
problem persists. If so, contact you Nanoenvi IAQ
™
dealer. If you have the means to do this, check that from the
network that Nanoenvi IAQ
™
connects to, it can connect to the MQTT broker. In case you integrate Nanoenvi IAQ
™
with your own broker, check that the MQTT broker works properly.

R:
Your device may have been damaged or exposed to very high CO2 levels for a long time. Your Nanoenvi IAQ

has likely provided you with information on how to correct this. Consult the documentation that your distributor gives
you and if you do not find anything about it, contact him.
P:
One or more of the variables measured by the device is indicating values out of their range.
R:
Check that the measurements are indeed wrong. Check that you are viewing the measurements in real time and if you
are comparing them, that the reference is reliable and that you measure under the same conditions. Try disconnecting
and reconnecting power to the device if the problem persists. If still not solved, contact your Nanoenvi IAQ
™
dealer.
